Welcome to the
                            website of the Experimental
                            Economics Lab at the University of
                            Maryland (EEL-UMD).
                        
                      The Experimental Economics Lab
                        (EEL-UMD) is located at 4104 Tydings Hall (on
                        the 4th floor) at the University of Maryland.
                        The EEL-UMD was established in 2008 by the
                        Department of Economics in an effort to provide
                        researchers, faculty and PhD students with state
                        of the art facilities to assist their studies in
                        individual and group behavior in various
                        economic environments. The lab
                        currently hosts 16 subject workstations. 
                   
                        Undergraduate students at UMD can and are
                        welcome to sign
                          up for and participate in the experiments,
                        where they can earn money by participating, and
                        have first hand experience in frontier economics
                        research. No prior knowledge of economics is
                        required to participate.
